Exploring Rios West Trail to the Nature Center

We chose to explore the Rios West Trail to the Nature Center, a peaceful path that meanders through the lagoon, offering stunning views and opportunities to observe wildlife. The best part? It felt like we had the place to ourselves during our mid-week visit, making it a truly serene experience.

Insider Tips:

  • Visit during the week.. The trails are quieter, and it gives you a chance to soak in the natural surroundings without the crowds.

  • Extend your hike and check out Annie’s Canyon. But heads up— this portion of the park isn’t ADA accessible, and it’s not dog-friendly. It’s a bit more rugged, so keep this in mind when you’re exploring!
