Exploring Rios West Trail to the Nature Center
We chose to explore the Rios West Trail to the Nature Center, a peaceful path that meanders through the lagoon, offering stunning views and opportunities to observe wildlife. The best part? It felt like we had the place to ourselves during our mid-week visit, making it a truly serene experience.
Insider Tips:
Visit during the week.. The trails are quieter, and it gives you a chance to soak in the natural surroundings without the crowds.
Extend your hike and check out Annie’s Canyon. But heads up— this portion of the park isn’t ADA accessible, and it’s not dog-friendly. It’s a bit more rugged, so keep this in mind when you’re exploring!
